Article 1: Meetings
Section 1:
The Annual General Meeting of The Group shall be held in the autumn whenever possible.
Section 2:
At the Annual General Meeting of The Group, half the number of voting members shall constitute a quorum.
Section 3:
Extraordinary General Meetings may be called by the Council, or upon a request in writing to the Honorary Secretary of The Group stating the object, for which the meeting is called, signed by ten members. If the meeting is not convened within three months, the said ten members may convene such a meeting.
Section 4:
The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:
