He/she may apply for re-admission on payment of arrears of subscription.
Article 7: Constitutional Changes
Section 1:
The Constitution and Bye-Laws of The Group may be discussed at the AGM of The Group or, if the Council deem it advisable at an Extraordinary General Meeting called for the purpose.
Section 2:
Any proposed change in the constitutional or bye-laws of The Group shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary at least one month before the AGM or Extraordinary General Meeting. The Honorary Secretary shall send written notice to all members, setting forth the proposed change to be considered at the Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting not less than fourteen days prior to such a meeting.
Section 3:
Only at the Annual General Meeting shall there be any discussion relating to the proposed change in the constitution or bye-laws of The group.
Section 4:
For the adoption of any change in the constitution or bye-laws, a two-thirds majority of members present shall be required in its favour.
