the discretion of the Chairperson and Secretary of the Council. This should be decided after the AGM. Representatives should be decided upon for representatives on the following groups
- British Endodontic Society
- British Society of Periodontology
- Central Council for Hospital Dental Services
Representatives from the outgoing Council should attend meetings to the end of the year after the AGM, to allow sufficient notice of leave to be given to training establishments.
Article 6: Conduct
Section 1:
The Group may expel any member against whom charges of conduct or practice prejudicial to The Group, or to the profession of Dentistry, may be deemed proven by The Group. Their report shall be presented at the Annual General Meeting, or at an Extraordinary General Meeting called for the purpose at which a majority vote of the members present shall be necessary to expel the member.
Section 2:
The membership of any member who is three months in arrears with hi/her subscription shall be deemed to have lapsed.
