Section 6:
If the Chairperson is appointed as a Consultant/Honorary Consultant, the Honorary Secretary will assume duties as acting Chairperson until the next AGM.
If the Honorary Secretary is appointed as a Consultant/Honorary Consultant, the duties of this post will be assumed by a member of the council, as voted by the council or an appointment made at the discretion of the Chairperson, until the next AGM.
If the Honorary Treasurer is appointed as a Consultant/ Honorary Consultant a member of the conference organising council will assume the duties of Honorary Treasurer or a member of The Group as voted by the Council or an appointment at the discretion of the Chairperson, until the next AGM.
Ordinary members of the Council, appointed as a Consultant/Honorary Consultant or leaving an approved training programme following the award of a CCST, may continue as a member of the Council until the next AGM with the agreement of the Council or at the discretion of the Chairperson.
Members of the Council who cease to work maximally within the Hospital or University based Restorative Specialities must resign forthwith. |
